Information we process
When you enquire, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, selected service and message. We also process your chosen language and a request reference. Cloudflare receives technical request and security information, such as IP address and browser information. Please do not include passwords, payment information, sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about other people.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use your enquiry to respond and discuss services. The grounds are steps requested before entering a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for communications with company representatives, our legitimate interest in business correspondence under Article 6(1)(f). Technical security and spam prevention rely on legitimate interests. Optional draft storage relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a). Legal obligations may require processing under Article 6(1)(c).
Enquiries and confirmation emails
The website sends your completed form to a Cloudflare Pages Function. After validating the request and Cloudflare Turnstile token, the function uses Resend to email the enquiry to [email protected]. It also sends a transactional confirmation in English or Latvian to the email you entered. The confirmation is not a marketing subscription and does not repeat your message. A successful website response means the email provider accepted the messages; final delivery depends on the receiving mail systems.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting, request processing and Turnstile protection. Resend provides transactional email delivery; our email provider processes incoming messages. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information to handle your enquiry and operate these services. We do not sell your contact details. Providers may process information outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards under GDPR; you may request information about the safeguards from us.
Storage and retention
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as necessary to respond, discuss services and manage the relationship. Records may be retained longer where required by law, a contract or legal claims. This website does not create a separate enquiry database. Provider delivery and security logs follow the providers’ configured retention periods. Optional drafts stay in sessionStorage for the browser tab session; turning the option off removes the saved draft. Your privacy choice is valid for 180 days in localStorage.
Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw optional storage consent at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact [email protected]. We normally respond within one month; GDPR permits an extension for complex or multiple requests with notice within the first month. We may request proportionate information to verify identity. You may complain to Datu valsts inspekcija or another competent supervisory authority without first contacting us.
Choices and updates
Advertising pixels and audience analytics are not connected. Turnstile is used for form security, not advertising. Declining optional draft storage does not prevent you from browsing or sending an enquiry. The English and Latvian versions describe the same practices.
